  • Ever wondered?

Ever wondered which simulator does world class pilot like Nick Maxwell, Bert, the Mikado guy (Sorry I have literally forgot his name) use?

The one that pays them the most endorsement fees. I don't know, what SIM do they use? If they even use one; do they really need to?

    It's Kyle Dahl BTW.

I think for guys like them the only simulation thats going on is inside their own heads.. everythings done on the real thing and should a crash happen it just gets repaired.

When you're sponsored why would you need to use a simulator when you get given models, fly them crash them and then fly some more. I bet that's what happens lol! You can't beat practicing on the real thing can ya!

They are just normal people like us, they aren't super heroes, I would imagine they use the simulator just like the rest of us for perfecting moves.

Steve, you are such a moo-pot.
But I did wonder how much you wondered.
Now I know, or should I say Know I no?

I'm sure many pros use a sim, and I'm sure a few don't.

Tareq uses a sim, but I don't know which one. Kyles Stacy does a minimum 2 hours of sim time every day, and he uses Realflight.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.

I'm sorry, but I am fascinated beyond the capacity for rational thought...
