low on available parts

is there a general shortedge of 450 sport parts, im finding more and more outlets are showing out of stock, ok im running a dated sport, but i got the feeling the 450 was the back bone of this hobby, might be time to upgrade, but then how long will be before i need to go through a change again, aaaaahhhhh. progress

I've noticed a few places are selling sport parts off cheap but haven't noticed a shortage of stock.

Most of the Sport parts that typically wear our or get broken are shared with the SE V1 and 2 and there are loads of other branded parts being made. Soooo, worst case it just may not be an Align label but it's hard to imagine not being able to get a useable part for the Sport.

i think you'll find the se v1/2 is being phased out parts wise
so the only choice you will have is to upgrade to the later model

I admit it's been a little while since I looked for them but not that long ago I would routinely see loads and loads of compatible parts from China.

i was talking align parts
don't forget they have a great marketing machine on the latest upgrade/must have parts/model
so it makes sence to clear out the older model

A lot of the 450 plus parts seem to fit, and that fairly new still. Maybe they are brining out a new 450...

I have a 450XL, that is proving to be an issue as I believe its even old than the sport v1 & 2.
I have to upgrade most parts I break rather than fit original parts.
Can anyone recommend a supplier that has better stocks?

Have you tried hobbybest on ebay? There in taiwan proper align parts. Or buying second kits and using then as spares?

There pretty good used to get the blades for my 450 from there 2 for £20. Had a few other bits too just watch out for the postage :/
