    Servo Frame Rate

    Hey,

    ok im going a bit nuts here.

    setting up my goblin 570 (or will be soon)

    and looking at frame rates for servos.

    now i know most, if not all cyclic servos are standard rate 1520u band.

    i also know some rudder ones are 720. but the tail servo i have doesnt list any specs in that regard.. its an Align BL850H. anyone run these? and what freq/band do you run them at?

    also what voltage would you use for an HV 570. my bec pro is selectable in .5v increments so its 8 or 8.5v but no 8.4v

        If it says nothing about frame rate then it's pretty sure it's the standard 1520u. Try plugging it into an Rx, if it works then it's a standard 1520u servo. Alternatively just try it on the FBL controller at 1520u, again if it works it's a 1520u servo. If it doesn't work try 760u.

        8v will be fine. 8.5v will 'probably' be ok but is pushing the servos a little over their intended voltage because a 2s LiPo will never actually deliver even 8.4v under any load.

          cheers grumpy. i think it is 1520. says so in the 800e pro dfc manual with which these servos are bundled. but then again i dont trust align manuals anymore
