sorry ross i didnt know it was such a hard move, well it looks like it back to the sim then ,thanks anyway ross
Its not a super hard move, but it does involve pirouettes in a controled manner, simular to a piro flip as in the stiring of the sticks, when you can do piro flips it basically just elongating the prioflip sort of
best way to learn that is to go into a rainbow ti toc . but do the rotation when your moving and stop it when you get to end of rainbow and repear this so up elevator giving positive then once you get moving start to piro then stop it when you get to the end you can try holding it in a hover breifly if you find that helps but piro flips do help alot
Same as Ross I start with a piroflip then 'travel it' in the direction to form a piro rainbow. When the tail points downward after say 2 or 3 piouettes (however many you want) the pitch is reversed to travel the opposite direction and so on whilst stirring the cyclics. I initially got into them while mucking around with piroflips.

Practice by doing a normal rainbow and then start a slow piro, use only forward and back elevator to start the rainbow and time stabs of elevator nose down and tail down depending on whether left to right or vice versa
