Vortex vx1 and trex600 dfc

I am thinking of putting one of Spartan on my 600n dfc and was wondering if there are any issues getting the 8 degrees. Do I need to buy any other parts to get this to work

I had the blue metal servo wheels n struggled to get 8 without being near the end of the scale on the datapod! Changed to the plastic star shaped wheel n came in one hole and get 8 fine and well in range on datapod. Flies well and easy to set up n adjust, really like the vortex

Ok thanks I might give it a go, is there no binding on the servo as the balls are on the inside near the case

I drilled mine out and went in closer... Issue instantly solved :-)

That's a good idea I can drill the disc does it need to be 10.5 mm from centre

Cant recall off the top of my head buddy but ill get you a picture up soon. Its really no biggie... Took me 10 minutes after i had been through the vortex setup and realised i had too much mechanical gain. I wouldnt let it bother you its that simple.
