Trex 550e Pro Dfc with 730mx motor. Governor settings

I'm trying to work out which governor settings to use with my Trex 550e, it has the stock 16t pinion and Talon 90 ESC. I'm no really sure whether to use the "simple" method or set the RPM' my self. Howdoyou work out hat the RPM's should be?

Thanks but I dont really understand it. When I setup the governor it asks for three rpm settings. This link gives me one but how do j work out the other two?

in the castle software it will ask you to put in what tooth pinion and main gear, and then it works it out for you you just tell it what headspeed u want..

I think thats how you do it
