Helikraft are they back?

Hi guys, does anybody know if Helikraft are trading again? If so have you please got the link. I have tried a couple of sites but none of them recognise my sign in details. Thanks Dave.

I wouldn't bother looking. If you find their site and order something you will be lucky if it turns up.

Yep I agree. Forget them, lot of chat on American forums where guys hav lost a lot of loot. No reply to emails and no product

I'm surprise, as I have had stuff from them for years and found them to be very quick on delivery. If I ordered items Sunday night they were usually here on Thursday. Also when I have emailed them previously, a gent who is called Will always replied. Has anybody in the UK had any trouble with them?

Sorry for the late reply, I didnt see this until now. I have used them lots over the years with no problems but I am still waiting for an order from November. It seems they are reinstating their original website but are unwilling to honour orders made before they were hit by hackers.

How about refunding your money? Their bank accounts should confirm that you paid upfront.

This is the email I received from from helikraft in april following weeks/months of unanswered emails...


Due to our website is hacked by criminals in early February and the database and most of the website is destroyed, it will take us some time to rebuild.

The hackers cloned the US wells fargo bank on our servers and tried to cheat customers so it was shut down by authorities and still under investigation.

We are appealing the shutdown at moment 2checkout has suspended our account a result of the hack above.

Refunds via 2checkout is not possible.

We will come back with more info as we have it.

You use bank statements as proof of payment? That sounds like a load of balls to me.
