horizon hobby made me happy

Last friday I dropped my dx8 to horizon hobby because my 2yo got hold of it and destroyed it. I told them this and asked them to fix it regardless of cost. Well I rang earlyer today to see when I will be getting it back and how much it was going to cost. The reply I recived went like this. "It should be back with you today or tommorrow". Great! But how much? FREE. So 2 new gimbals a new switchbord and new antenna with a firmware upgrade and full helth check. What can I say thankyou HH for your awesome kit and awesome coustomer service.

And a week ago I was planning to have it fixed. Sell it and go futaba. Not anymore

Best decision I ever made when I switched from Futaba to Spektrum- excellent customer service and good product support- had a problem with a DX7 that would randomly not switch on-when it did it was fine ,but thought I would get it checked out-sent them the tx plus 4 spektrum rx's that had busted cases and missing aerials- they repaired the dx7 plus all the receivers for free
Only cost me a tenner in postage !

They are not that far from me and have always given first class service when ever i have dropped stuff in there .

I did similar with my DX7, but it was me that dropped it trying to carry too much stuff. Broken screen and two broken switches. Sent it back to them and they repaired it all for free. I didn't mind paying, but they insisted on no payment. It certainly was a significant factor in me staying with Spektrum when i bought my dx9!

The toggle wheel started playing up on my Dx6i. They replace that for free.
Well happy with them.
