When I entered the first AIR comp 2 years ago I could just about fly a straight pass backwards. I finished third and won the big air prize.
It's not all about the hard core 3d smack as the judges will tell you on the day. They want a SAFE, well executed flight with tidy well controlled manoeuvres.

What he says above. You choose 5 sets from the list, it can be a hovering T up to a knife edge pirouette. A well executed lower K move will mark higher than a badly executed higher K move
