I'm working in Cambridge for a couple of days and staying overnight tomorrow. Was going to spend the evening starting a build but my lactate is a couple of years old so probably safest to replace. I normally use Zap-42 blue as it's worked well in the past. Problem is no time to order online now. Anyone have any ideas where I might get some in the centre of Cambridge or close to it?

Does Locktite go off over time? I never really thought about but mine are a few years old now. I mainly use the Zap 42 on most things.Kasama, Minicopter, Henseleit, JR, Shape, Beam

Try Maplin if you can find one
Bondloc Threadlock and Seal Medium Strength 25ml | Maplin
This stuff is really good and fairly tolerant to oily screws.

I just never thought about it! I can easily test some and see if it still locks.Originally posted by electricsceadu View Postyes loctite has a use by date
