  • Robbe uk?

    Has any body had any problems with these? As fast lads told me to send servos to these ditect as it would be quicker. Phoned em up yes no problem. This was august sent them in 2 align 750h servos 1 from fastlad 1 from align trex both brand new both with a diferent fault. Checked parcel was signd for and left them to deal with it as it may take a while if they need to send on for further testing. I have sent emails with no reply and now ring with no conection. Am I at a loss yet again?

    Does anybody have any numbers I can try please thanks terry

    Hi Terry,
    They have the phone switched off when they are not there, so it doesn't even ring and seems as though you have got the wrong number. They sometimes start quite late in the morning as well. Maybe best to ring mid morning.

      Should have sent them but to the shop, at least then they have more clout, and you can get your money back easier (ie bank charge back etc)
      AUGUST I'd be going mental, 6 months ago that's ridiculous!!
      Need to e-mail Robbe daily until its sorted.
      I'd also contact the Shops in question as well.

              Thanks guys I try some more as thats the number I got and yes doesnt even ring . And trust me I have been quietly goin mental and have really been put off the hobby by sily servos sad I know but money is sooooo tight especially when you find helis r fun lol. Ive actually canabolized a heli just to get in the air

                You bought them from a couple of retailers.

                THEY are the peeps you should have sent them back to. Too late now, but nag the retailers to death

                I simply don't get what it's about bypassing the person you bought it from and going direct to the importer/manufacturer. Who sold it to you is responsible.

                  If you phone robbe between 10-5, your normally get Stuart between these hours, but he also does order and unloading containers from align etc also.

                    I know that Robbe are very very busy at the moment with moving of premises so please bear with them!

                    Also some items have to be returned to the factory overseas and obviously this takes time.

                        Did you buy the servos from fastlads?

                        If so (and they are new) then It is fastlads responsibility to replace them.

                        To be are dreadful at customer service. In fact I think they just don't do it. So good luck getting anything out of them.

                        Take up your issue with the retailer!!

                          Hey guys.

                          I called Keith @ Robbe yesterday and filled him in on this topic, he was expecting a call to go through the issue to try and work it all out and what's gone on. I called on the above number and got straight through.

                              I did it as fastlad said it ne faster so phoned robbe as I had two servos 1 had a mind of its own and the other screamed at ya and way stealing all the power browning me out
