The money saved will be going towards a FBL system and a better tail servo.

I still can't make my mind up which FBL unit to use. Things have come on along way since I've been away.

Iv never got stung with customs from there, and iv ordered three new kits in the past, great place. I used the ar7200bx on the 500 pro when I had one and use one on a goblin 500, great unit for the price. Especially as they are going for £85-90 used on here which is a bargain imo.

Not sure why you would need a better tail servo for now? The ds525 is a mini tail servo but it will be quick enough for most things you will throw at it. That being said I could get the tail to blow out in fast backward moves like tail down funnels/hurricanes etc. It was my only bug bear with the heli, the mini servo should be a standard size really like the ds655 servo. You can mod the frame to make a standard size servo fit, I didn't as im not great at modding . Others who have, have reported great results
    .
Unless you are at the stage of pushing the heli then the ds525 with suffice for a while.

Oh and enjoy its a great heli

I've just opened it and gone through all the bits and pieces. It's quite a bit bigger than I was expecting but not to big to be intimidating.

I was thinking going down the AR7200BX route as it was very good on my old 450 pro but I like the spartan vortex and always wanted to try a v-bar.

The tail servo seems to be a problem with low head speeds. As I'm going to be running 85% to start with so I was looking to either go bigger or upgrade to something better. Not sure which yet.

Still got some more research to do and parts to buy before I start the build so have plenty of time to decide.
