Happy new year to you all.

I have just completed the new website for our club. Can you have a look and give me your feedback.

Looking good Gareth! The old website was certainly due a lick of paint as it looked like something from the early 1990's.

I think it is a good idea to drop all the non-club specific hints & tips, some date quickly and more up to date info is always likely to be found on here/helifreaks/rcgroups etc.

Other thoughts are:

I can't see the message board link. Has that been dropped through lack of use/abuse?

When looking to join the club, despite it looking very retro, I always found the membership page very welcoming as it clearly stated "Accepting New members", detailed exactly the costs per year and said what would cause membership to be closed. The new site has very little mention of joining the club.

But overall a great improvement, Well done!

Cheers J whitby. I see what you mean about membership and a good point. I will get that added. Yes the message board had to go lol. Was a bit easy to be a unknown user and hand out abuse. =). We have a closed Facebook group now for interacting which alot easier to manage. Mole hunter I use wordpress. It's a great program and easy to use. Not only that but it has loads of add ons and widgets and free to have if you have the hosting and domain already. If you need a hand with anything then give me shout.

A clean layout. gallery page needs adjusting with the youtube/fanpage blocks aligned too far left in my firefox compared to the rest of the pages. Attention to punctuation/spelling on the first page needed.

Liking the look of the membership page Gareth! I certainly think it makes the club feel more welcoming.
Small typo though as I think the BMFA rates shown are for an earlier year.

For 2014 isn't the BMFA membership £32? Don't know what the Juniors/Seniors is.
