DX9 throttle and pitch not working in Phoenix

Sold my DX6 so just setting up the DX9 on Phoenix.

The throttle and pitch channels are working in a very strange way, according the the transmitter everything is fine.
In the simulator they are acting as switched eg on/off only.

Any ideas?

Works fine for me. I just setup a new tx from scratch and them went into the advanced menu to reverse a couple of channels

Having a late night blonde moment, didn't have the throttle in neutral when calibrating the stick.
