Horizon Hobby Excellent Service.

Several weeks ago flying my 350QX quad one of the props snapped minute into flight & tumbled to the deck, emailed Horizon Hobby to check if it could be warranted & was advised to send it to them which I did last Saturday & to my amazement a parcel was delivered from them today, that's an unbelievable speedy service , not only that' when i unboxed there was a brand new replacement quad.

Was, sent the spare set back with quad. Did yours hit deck as well Nick.?

Yes,broke an arm also,HH replace with a new 350qx.

Had no probs since and have confidence with B props....just got some FPV gear on it tonight,can't wait to try it

Had my FPV gear a while now & its very addictive, going down to my old club site Sunday so hope to get some nice FPV views of Heathrow Airport.

I sent my 130x circuit board to HH for the second time. Again they replaced it within about 5 days, no comment, no quibble.

I Sent a 7200BX back last Monday and received a brand new unit on Wednesday just came back with a note to say faulty replaced fantastic service.

+1 HH have replaced repaired every issue I've ever had with one of their helis and like the OP said it was really speedy. I'd buy HH again and can't wait til I'm ready for the big 700

i can't find a single supplier that hasn't had issues wrote about on forums on the web regarding their products. I'm sure the problems are directly proportional to the quantity sold and clearly HH sell the most so only to be expected that they have a large amount of faulty parts as well. It's something to do with the fact that everyone wants to buy as cheap as possible with the best possible quality. Hence it's made in China the Indians have a saying "buy Chinese buy twice" but there productions are not much better

however many they sell, a tx should never fail within the first 18 months or sooner as is often the case. these things are sold to fly large dangerouss and very expensive helis and they are not up to the job and quite simply they are not up to the job

My DX8 has never failed me... In fact I love it it's great! I'm sure that hi tech stuff can fail. Look at the challenger shuttle! They only made 3 up til then! They have made thousands of the dx8 maybe more! The percentage of failures will increase with mass production. I'm not saying it's right just the odds!
