  • RC Hero whats happened???

    I ordered some spares for my 130x about 3 weeks ago and some of them were "pre-order" ie out of stock. The bits that were in stock arrived a few days later as they usually do.

    I have tried the mobile number thats on the web and left various messages and I have also sent a message, also through their web page, no reply to either.....

    Has anyboy else expericenced this, its very unusuallly as their service is normally very good.

    Any ideas guys?

    Have you tried PM'ing Kylensn on here? Kyle is up there with the best of them when it comes to customer service I've found. I emailed a well known large shop/online retailer a few weeks ago when they sent me the wrong main gears for my 450 Pro and as of yet I've heard nothing! I'm guessing that like the rest of the online retailers he's at the mercy of HH for getting stock in so will only be able to ship it to you when they fulfil his order. I've had a few weeks wait for 130x bits that were out of stock...seems the norm for HH bits it seems, annoying but the price you pay I guess! It'll be the same for all the retailers otherwise I guess you'll have bought them from elsewhere?

      I’ve ordered items many times from them. Once this summer not all of them were in stock. He sent me what he had in stock straight away and the remaining items as soon as they came back into stock without me chasing.

      Top service every time. He usual response to messages sent directly from their site straight away, try again.

        In the nicest possible way, threads like this should only be started after all avenues have been exhausted mate. It can stop members from ordering and create bad rep. As said Kyle is a regular poster on here so try pm him you'll probably find its just a comms issue

          To be fair Don I know Dave personally and he's not the sort of person to shout a shop down. I think he's just fishing for some info in case anything has happened at the shop (we all know how things happen unexpectedly). He probably doesn't know that Kyle is the owner of RC hero as Dave is not a frequent user of this site. We all know RC hero are great to work with and I didn't find the Opening post nasty just a little questioning.

            I have no complaints what so ever about the RC Hero, as I said before I have always had first class service. I was just wondering if anbody new if something had happened.

              I know Kyle is a very busy lad nowadays because he never has time to go out flying with me anymore
              I also know he's had phone problems recently, No doubt as soon as he gets your messages he'll be in contact

                I too have had a part on pre order for over two months and left messages which none have been answered, if I do not get an answer soon I will be calling my credit card company to get a refund though them. I am not happy with this service.

                  I am having some serious problems with the phone at the moment! At the hands of the network was assured it was sorted and it appears not! I will be calling them yet again after I post this message!

                    I must say here and now that Kyle and I have now been in successful communication and the matter has been resolved.

                    I will continue to use RC Hero.co.uk as other orders I have placed I have been very happy with.
