Info needed

Hi guys i need some info help, iv been looking for a part for a Kyosho jet Illusion and my LHS (i wont say there name) who sold me the jet say they can get the parts but cant say when bits will be in from kyosho and its getting silly now and seems like i ant getting anywhere with them.

Does anyone know who i can contact or how can i contact kyosho in the uk or who is there main importer distribution guys are??? so i can order direct from them my self

Well if their heli parts are anything like their car parts this sounds like the typical hassles trying to source parts in the UK.

I think ripoffmax are the UK dist
Kyosho website lists Kyosho Eu as the closest thing to a Kyosho UK.. and it's based in.... F r a n c e... Oh hang on a ,minute just found a UK number

Mikes are a distributor for kyosho i think unless its them your on about.

Thanks for the info sorry i have been trying to look for parts but been suffering with either no one contacting me back or being told i have to buy a complete new model to get the part.

I do have one recommendation left, speak to the guys at BENRACING in nott's they do spares for Kyosho cars and I notice they sell helis to (just not Kyosho ones) they might be able to help out. http://www.benracing.co.uk/ RING don't email if you want a response

Yeah I saw that but assumed you might at least get some sort of comment or info from them

UPDATE: iv emailed kyosho uk/france and they said they have the part and they have not received any orders for this item from my LHS and they said if they did they would of sent the items they had in stock with in 48 hrs. so hmmmmmm i think i need to make a call to my LHS and find out the truth whats really going on.

P.S this LHS do there kyosho orders from them so its not as if they order it from another co

As Sao says phone don't email, these days 9 times out of 10 I get a reply weeks later or not at all to an email from most companies in all sectors

UPDATE: Thanks to fixxer with the link to Robotbirds i have emailed them and they have confirmed they have them in stock so what great news.
