Thanks guys, entered myself in a Paragliding endurance race for the summer so will really have to get fit, it's either going to be a nice flight if the weathers good or 48 miles of walking in the Lakes with 15KG on my back, oh and 15'000ft of accent and 36 hours to do it in! So I'm not ready to give up and go Hang gliding yet:-)))
And then there's the small matter of been a Dad for the first time in the autume:-)

That is the original comp starting in slovenia and ending in monoco, competitors treveling only by foot or paraglider (with vehicle ground support, but not vehicular transport).

Bobs entered the X-Lakes. Described as "Like the X-Alps only wetter"

Actually in 2007 the X-Alps was very wet indeed, and a lot of the distance was walked rather than flown.
