nope... if you're using Chrome theres a plugin called AdBlock - hides & blocks all adverts, pages load a tad quicker too because of it.

I spent ages earlier trying to find the ad media trojan I was convinced had stolen my pc!! All I had to do was fricken log in . my Ipad also logs me out every time I close the window.

My ipad was ding this (since the upgrade) - I had accidently set the browser to incognito mode where it doesn't save anything... if you open the browser on its home screen, look bottom left and theres a button - says "private" or something - click it and the top browser bar changes from white to black, or black to white. Black is incognito and white will remember things.

Matt you are a saint! I'm not the saviest when it comes to computers /tab/ phones etc. you are correct I now have a nice bright safari home page! I have been cussin this update since I installed it.(I think for ipad2 its probably the last I will bother with ) First thing it did was use up my 3gb of mobile data in a few hours till I went through every bloody app and setting turning everything off!

No problem mate! I was ready snap it in half myself as it wasn't saving any of the login details or auto-form filling... its in a dodgy spot that button is, you can easily catch it with your hand and not even notice the change.

Software updates eh? who needs em =/
