Possible Indoor Flying site for the NE

I met with a customer yesterday, who has three hangers at Fishburn, which if memory serves me right is around Stockton somewhere.

If a NE indoor heli club is formed then he maybe prepared to offer an empty one for use on a very regular basis. I'm going to see if I can get a visit arranged to get some pics and dimensions.

The question is, are there enough indoor flyers in the NE for a dedicated site for use. Plus any costs would have to be negotiated before hand.
