    Contacting Hobby King...

    Hi,
    Anyone had any luck?
    I've had a ticket in since 26/9 for some incorrect servos that came in the right box, but had no response.
    Can't get a response on live chat either...

    Have they not replied at all to your ticket? Nothing?

    They do take their time, it took a few weeks to sort things out with my problem but at least they did reply to me.

      They weren't wing servos that came in TGY-S306 boxes per chance?

      A guy at our club had the same thing happen. Not sure he's got it sorted yet as he wasn't there Sunday gone.
      Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
      Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.

        This is exactly what has happened to me. I ordered 4 x TGY-S306 servos and ended up with 4 boxes for TGY-S306 servos. 2 of the boxes had TGY-S306 servos in them and 2 had TGY-S712G servos in them. Currently been waiting 8 days and still haven't been able to speak to someone to resolve the problem.

          Its China's national holidays this week so you won't get any reply's till at least Monday.
          Today's outlook is fine for flying.
          • Spektrum DX18 gen2, Phoenix Sims, Align MR25XP.

            Given their size you'd expect them to have set an Auto-reply saying that or even a notice on the boards? Cheap prices Crap CS.

              they can take weeks to sort these things out. often the quickest way to resolve the issue is to make a paypal claim. you get your money back quicker than resolving it with hk, then just reorder the items you need.

                If you do that then your will still be delayed until the back orders are completed, Hobbyking China have one way of working with the system they use.!!!

                  what back orders if the item you want is still in stock ?

                  you send it back to uk on day of delivery if its wrong. they do nothing about it, you paypal dispute them and quickly get your money back, you have another go at ordering it if your desperate to save a few pounds. this can be quicker than waiting 6 weeks for them to sort it out !

                    Hi,
                    Lot's of good points here
                    Realistically mine should have been sorted before the week holiday plus there should be notification on the site about the delays caused by the shut down.
                    Yes they are wing servos, which brings me on to the next point...
                    Whilst I can claim back via paypal, if I re-order I could end up with 4 more out of the same batch and still have it all to do again!
                    I've contacted Turnigy UK in the vague hope they may do something....
