I have 6 x 3300 35C Zippy's for my 600EFL PRO. They have worked pretty good. Most of my Lipos are Zippy's apart from some 30C Turnigy for my TDR.
Been there and done that, but never stop learning.
Now too many Helis to mention?

I use 25c. They weigh in at 520g per pack. (on crappy kitchen scales..)

do these hold well under load , ie 100% throttle and 13 degrees of collective plus a big thumb jab of cyclic ?

I've only had a few flights with them. Although they are only 25c they have plenty of power for me.. I'll be getting a couple of the 4500's for the goblin 500. I like that they are so light.

Ive seen a club mate with compacts...the puff but continued to go on for a bit...they wasnt particularly hot but always puffed....yesterday he deliberately put them out of commission as they werent performing anymore...

If you are a sort of slow sport flier they will probly be fine I know there cheap and light but theres much better alternatives....

Dont wanna keep plugging the brand im thinking of as it makes mr appear biased lol but a search should bring some results there will be lower mah variants available in the next few days

cheers chap , very heavy thumbed , no collective management at all , so rely on the batts being able to cope

I have a couple of zippys, However I would count on getting a duff one in your delivery. I've ordered twice from HK (UK) and each time there has been a duff cell. I've also noticed after 10 cycles or so the Zippys start to give inconsistent runs IE they start out great for the 1st min and start to tail off power wise. they are shit compared to overlander/gens ace/Opti. U get what you pay for dude.
