  • 600DFC Main rotor Head upgrade question

    Guys,
I have just bought a 600DFC Main Rotor Head Upgrade Set (H60239A) and shafts (
H6HN002XXW) The shafts are diameter 9 x 179mm long. These are to be fitted to a TREX600N LE. Can anybody please tell me if I have bought the correct shafts.

    Thanks

    Dave

    Yes.

You may find the packet actually says XXT on the end rather than XXW but the 179mm shafts are the correct ones for a 600N, I fitted one yesterday as it happens

Thanks Mark, I have orders these from Helikraft and they do 2 or 3 different ones, I just wanted to make sure as I have read some where that they had to be machined down

The original 600N shafts are too long and need to be cut down.

The ones they first shipped with the 600N DFC kits were not long enough to reach the 3rd bearing block (H6NH001XX)

The version you have is correct for 600N and will reach the 3rd bearing block. (H6NH002XX)
