Ace rx position issue with new spektrum rx

Hey guys I have a situation here...need some really good advice......above are the electrical setup of my thunder tiger mini super cobra combo...problem is I am changing the tx and rx from ace skymaster to spectrum but the problem is the position on the rx in my heli..........since it was factory built they put the rx under the tail boom as you can see so now if I get the spektrum rx it needs to go to the left side of my heli which will hit my fuselage and I got this heli because its an cobra and now it feels really bad since the whole body kit seems worthless!

I have also been given some modification photos my a fellow kind flyer who is helping me out...but I am just open to any suggestions since I will order my parts tomorrow and need to plan everything since I will order the new hl400 gyro and dx6i tx and rx..

any sort of advice from experienced flyer is very much welcome...thanks

Ace rx position issue with new spektrum rx

Why can't you put it where The ace Rc one is? If it won't fit lying down flip it on its side.
