Got bored and I built a Helipad the other day for my heli.
Used a 2x2 piece of board and painted it with a black rubbery paint I had for the shed and then used masking tape to sketch an "H". I glued some 15mm pipe tubing underneath to lift it off the ground a bit. I have 500 skids on heli and placed foam balls from training gear on skids to increase height a bit as I am still learning. Works for me. Haven't taken it to the park yet.
