Skyline on the Move!

Just got an email as a lot of us did I guess, that Skyline are moving. No details as to the exact location but on the plus side it could be easier for me to get to and larger premises.

On the negative side, it could be easier for me to get to.

Normally takes me all of 25 mins from my house, so hopefully will be a similar distance or even less !!..

All I can say is good luck with the move, but that it the end of me shopping there sadly.

Used to be a 30 min drive, now way too far to even think about dropping in.

Pity really as there isn't anywhere left now within a decent distance for those occasions where you want something 'now' rather than next day.

Still, as I say, good luck with the move and I'm sure there will be plenty of people happy that they are now closer to them to make up for those like me who are now too far away.

I could actually get to it now. That would be a bit of a novelty for me because I am ordinarily only able to buy online. The only time I have set foot in a shop in this country was a long time ago I went to Hobby Stores in Camden and got some basic tools. They had one Hirobo Shuttle hanging up and most of the store was rc cars and little coaxes.

If it is located where I think it is then it is a 2 minute walk from a main line station as weeel logos luck to them

Local shop??!! Chance would be a fine thing! I've got Hobby Hanger in Yeovil if you consider 3hr round trip to be local

(They're mostly planks with a few co-axials thrown in anyway).

to be honest with you, I had so many occasions where I had the want it now and drove up to an hour to realise - I should have ordered it online as I would have it in hand next day ...

Think how I feel up in Newcastle. Nearest is over 2 hours away.
