Throttle Up?

Needing help yet again please.
rebuild on the head blade 400/450. On Throttle up the Swash rises I'm getting neg pitch?
So no lift, I must have done something wrong on refit? But not computing in ones head?
settings in the control DX6i have not been touched!
I have rebuilt this helicopter many times with no problems, now I'm confused!

Got the blade grips trailing instead of leading maybe

you have your blade grips on the wrong way round , giving you leading edge control instead of trailing edge control or vica versa. If nothing has changed in you Tx or FBL controller then this is the likely cause.

Most helis are leading edge control, but I know that blade sometimes use trailing edge.

Youve got the swash control arm and the seesaw control rod the wrong way round they need to be reversed

When I set up a Blade 450 at our club the other week, the swash plate went down for positive pitch.

So I'd check your swash mix, and change it from a negative % to a positive %, or vice versa on the pitch channel.

Adjusted the swash mix took out test fly wooopeee!!!!! up it went 2ft then the main Bearing Shattered, the whole lot went spinning (no damage) if it don't rain it poor's!

Why had the swash mix changed in the first place, good that theres no or little damage
