Rudder gain adjustment

Hi all

i am setting up a trex 500 with a 3gx and set up ask for a 70 - 80% gain, how do i input these figures into a 8fg super ?

also i am having issues with the limit, i have followed the instructions on the 3gx, to set the limit, it has all been done but when i move the rudder stick more than half way to the left for example i get to the max travel, and any more than that makes a funny noise on the servo, is this right

conventionally below 50% is rate mode and above 50% is HH or AVCS in futaba speak and Futaba gives you 100 points in each category. So HH at 40-60%
