    Do Fastlad sell 'B' grade Fusno canopys? The reason I ask I received one in the post today & what a god dam mess its in. Graphics, paint & finish all look as if it was knocked up by kindergarten students. Never had an issue with Fastlads in the last 6+yrs of ordering from them, so a little reluctant to start whining down the phone about a £21 canopy for what is for me my beater heli. Do I whine or accept that it may have a short life & get over it?

    Did you get what u paid for ? If you didn't then tell them. A couple of pics via email should sort it. At the end of the day mistakes happen and they can't open every box to check but I'm sure they will replace it if its substandard

      If something's B grade, Fast Lads are usually on the ball and mark it as Slight Seconds, unlike other retailers. I would give them a call and you'll probably find they'll replace it without a quibble.

        There will be only one winner out of this minor gripe- Royal mail! The end of the day FL buy canopys in to sell onto us consumers & its their (Fusno) QC that's been the let down. Its the fourth canopys I've bought from FL & the 1st that's looked like a dogs dinner. But if that's the same rate that's going out to all customers, Fusno need to get their shit together.

          Let them know. Fast Lads are very good at this sort of thing and will replace it no trouble. They usually pick stuff like this out and then send them back to the manufacturer. This one has slipped through that's all. After all they want their customers to be happy so give them a call.
