We discussed this at the gun club yesterday and came to the conclusion that it's not too hot, rather that we never, in this country get the chance to acclimatise. Well it was either that or we were unfit and fat. So we went with the former

Too hot, too cold, too windy! I don't know there's just no pleasing some

At least it's not peeing down with rain because that really does put a dampener on things if you'll pardon the pun.

Get out there and fly, we had a great days flying yesterday although to be honest not as many flights as usual and don't laugh, it was because of the heat that the flights were limited but a great day non the less.

Debating whether to load car or not, only had one flight yesterday for an hours round trip. Not sure its worth going again today just to sit in the shade.

I expected it to be more unpleasant than it was. It was hot, but I wasn't constantly sweating which was nice.

I spent 5 hours there yesterday, and I intend to do the same today.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.

Life is too short to sit-out almost perfect flying conditions. With my time full of work & looking after my 2 kids I have to snatch every moment flying that I can. Early mornings and evenings are ideal times for flying in this weather (6am yesterday 12 deg.C, even had to put a thin fleece on)

                  Too Hot!!

Hovered the 130 in the garden yesterday afternoon then gave up and had a beer, but just couldn't be bothered yesterday. The wife and I saw a fatal car crash earlier in the day near Markfield in Leicester which seemed to make us both a bit subdued!

HOWEVER - Will be going over the park for an hour just before lunch today though, like others have said, its just because we're not used to it, get your shorts, flip flops and sunglasses on an fly god dammit!!
