BTW Don, those swash arms are like putty, they bend back very easily.

Lol tim i tried to straighten it and snapped the ar pin grrrr
I've stripped it out and apart from the main gear surprisingly and the counter bearing assembly and the screw hardware etc nothing is salvageable. Frames,boom, supports, head,tail, belt,blades, fins, canopy, etc all toast

The vbar does power up so hopefully a new case will sort it. All cyclic servos, kontronik esc and motor seem fine

So apart from the lipo which is still balanced but tacoed it looks like a £429 kit is required wowzer even when my rave 700 went in it didn't cost me that much !!

I love the logo experience and will no doubt get another but jeez I'm glad I don't crash as much as I used to lol

Tbh I don't think anything would have survived that impact intact but I didn't expect the extent of the damage, it's the whole heli everything is bent or broken even the swashplate is screwed it's def a complete rekit and the worst part is I've now sold my old faithful 600 so apart from the 450 which went in 10 mins earlier ( somebody ' shauny ' did not threadlock the feathershaft bolt lmao) I am heli less

Not had the chance to get on here recently, but I could have sworn you sold your Logo 600SE (because they are made of very expensive cheese!) and because you were happy with your 'faithful trex 600'.

Man, that's a major drag. At least it didn't burn as well. We have had a few logos go in hard and one of them had a LiPo fire start imediately and even with one of us sprinting out there with the extinquisher there was still considerable fire damage which needless to say doesn't help the survival chances of electrics etc.

Just hsf to chip in and say that they dont always come off so badly... I put my logo in a few times recently (I blame post comp excitement) and the parts count was pretty low - had it flying again in no time at all! So sorry to hear about your mega crash though milly. It will only make you stronger!

Sounds like given the cicumstances very few if any models would have stood up to the impact .... so gut wrenching when they go in
