14sg 1.51 update

looks like there is an update for the 14sg v1.51 Ripmax - Futaba Upgrade T14SG Transmitter

Humm... No sign of the update over on the Futaba USA site. Futaba® Software Downloads/Updates

And looking at the pdf for the update it's and update to an update.

(Version 1.51)
We recommend the update to Ver1.51 from Ver1.5 strongly. It is because defect was found in the touch sensor Ver1.5.
The contents of fault : When a power supply is turned on in the case of -5 ℃ (23°Ｆ )low temperature, there is a defect from which 14SG is set to <POWER MODE> to unexpected.
(Usually, it should be set to <POWER MODE>, if a power supply is turned on after touching RTN next.)
This problem will be solved if it updates to Ver1.51 from Ver1.5.
*This fault is only Ver1.5.

I'm currently on V1.4 which came out in Feb of this year but I've not seen the V1.5 mentioned above. Anyone else seen or are using V1.5?

I thought that as well to be honest but I think v1.4 was on ripmax before futaba site. I will wait

Given the mention of Robbe in there I'd guess it may be a while before the USA site has this version up there.

May find that 1.5 has been a factory installed version so far and possibly for EU market ...?

Im still on the same as when it left the factory when it first came out.

yes you should because the new upgrade opens a little door under the transmitter and a ladys hand comes out and fondles your testicles while you fly! definatly worth it I rekon! and can also take photos of your face while this is all going on and then save it to SD card as well ...

Did a little searching and found a link to Futaba home site and found the files for download on there.
So did the update last night and everything works okay. It looks like the changes are all to do with the telemetry as far as I can tell.

Got to Ripmax's site via link in OP and download both files. Instructions are in the manual pdf.
