I'm after some help please. This is the first time I have set up an Ikon flb unit and all went well - not too dissimilar to setting up a VBar to be honest.
When I was happy with all my settings including +/-12° collective and 8° cyclic, I also activated my throttle hold in my DX8. The monitor shows this working correctly from my hold switch.
I then adjusted my pitch curves in the DX8 to -4° to +12° on normal flight and left a linear curve for idle 1 & 2. This also appears to be working fine. However, with a linear pitch curve (0, 25, 50, 75, 100) set to throttle hold and with throttle hold switched on, I am only getting -12° to +12° in idle 1 & 2. In normal flight mode, with throttle hold switched on, I am getting the -4° to +12° pitch I set in normal flight. It's as if the Ikon is seeing my throttle hold switch.
Am I being thick (you don't need to answer this one)?!
