Vertical tail fin

So what happens if it works loose and drops off cos it nearly got to that with my Rappy 30. I thought the heat was making the fin shimmer but it was loose.

Ouch. Lucky save. Would not want that to hit the tail blades. Would be a interesting landing making sure the blades don't hit the deck.

I had visions of the assembly splitting in half off the boom. Impossible I know but...........

No difference in flight.flew my 700 without for a while,kinda like the look without it but the main reason for it is to protect tail blades from groundstrikes

Vertical tail fin

I fly my protos without a tail fin. No difference to normal just watch the blades on landing.

No diff, My tail fins are just silhouettes anyway and i dont use horizontal stabs. Makes the heli more agile
