permission groups

Having a bit of trouble getting a member into the South Hants Helis group on here (its a private section for members)...

He is a new member on here, but gets this message:

when trying to click on the permission groups tab on his profile settings...


any ideas?..

He should be able to see it now its because he hasn't posted on the forum yet so the system restricts access till we get a post to vet and ensure he's not spamming or robot etc....

So I've assigned him access so he should be able to request to join now...
