  • Sick of this wind

    Need to rant.

Is anyone else getting irritated by this stupid proxy wind? I don't know what it's been like for the rest of the country, but it has been persistently windy for what seems like forever. June has pretty much been a write off in terms of flying for me, I've only managed to get out twice this month! It's not just me, 50% of the display planks from yesterday's Kent airshow didn't fly because of the wind. When will it end!

your not the only one suffering buddy.... same down here in the west country....probably worse as it usually rolls in from the south west. utterly endlessly depressing! still, never mind, all of my helis are grounded anyway! oh the joy of this hobby!

Yep it's been a total write off for me too. It's even harder with a 450 or 500 scale heli

it just needs to foxtrot Oscar IMO
