Bumping in For Sale and Wanted

I thought that the For sale and Wanted threads could only be accessed by the OP.
There seems to be a lot of replies going into the wanted threads and they are quickly pushing down the For sale threads.
Can any admin confirm this.
Also while I'm ranting,there seems to be bumping less than every other day going on in the For sale.

The best thing to do is report the post in question by doing that we get to see it and take action.
with the amount of posts going on each day, it's hard to find the time to read all and check time and dates posted.

I try to get 3-4 hrs sometimes normally. Sometimes I don't bother then following day sleep better.

Yea, I seem to find a lot and do sort them but I will inevitably miss 1 or 2 so if you see them just report it.

The wanted ad's people can reply to just not the for sale one's.


Im sure most people actually view the for sale forum so it doesnt matter if they get bumped down off the home page as I assume this is mainly your concern??

How about the sneaky ones who say "pictures to follow later" then next day bump the post with pictures rather than just add them to the original post, are you sorting those out also? & @ Bass 666 I hear you buddy I really do

On the other forums I use ( not heli related ) there is no rules against bumping frequency .
always looks really desperate if they bump everyday and I always look at it as they would sell for bottom £ if I offer.

not sure it's a problem if an advert is not on the front page ... I always just look at new posts and if its something I want I buy. Very rarely look what's on first page . My 2p

I don't mind it... often the replies on the wanted add are very useful to the OP.
Also i dont get this bumping lark.. if you use the new posts button.. you will see everything posted since your last visit so for sales will still be seen when you log in.
