im excited im wondering im astonished but somehow it also makes me very sad
because its like something which isnt reachable like for example other planets

It's a famous vid and stunning skills.
Makes it worthwhile trying to do more than I do every flight - makes me want to try harder ...progress faster ...which isn't difficult to be honest!

There's a saying about gamblers along the line that you only hear about how well they're doing when they're winning.

Tareq is major royalty in this little hobby world of ours, and undoubtedly has several minions and followers everywhere he goes, coupled with some very special sponsorship deals from manufacturers.

That video may be a bit special in terms of flying ability, but did he have a go five minutes earlier and spank it into the tree? Maybe he did it twice and only got a successful flight on the 3rd attempt? I don't know, but with the kind of support and following that he undoubtedly has, I'm almost certain of 2 things - one is he almost certainly has spare models with him wherever he flies, and two, whatever is filmed is done so by his crew, and he or his sponsors have strict control over what is released to the public. The video clips may look homemade by a spectator, but that could easily all be part of the illusion.

I'm not accusing him of being manipulative in any way, just being mindfully aware of what lengths commercial organisations will go to to promote their products - it's the marketing machine behind him that could well be pulling all our chains here.

He gives me hope that one day I will be able to hover nose-in. I showed my mum a vid of Tareq flying once, and she said she wouldn't want to be a passenger lol! To be honest I think it's marvelous pilots that good exist.

good thinking Steve however yes he sure has some more helis after all he is the master
however my opinion he didnt hit a tree first with 2 other helicopters NO WAY he just is that good !!!!!!!!!

dont you think if he first smashed a tree with 2 other helis not someone did put a video from this on YT or do you think the organisation with him told the spectators not to make a movie or even are not allowed o have a cellphone

sometimes he does crash but these crashes are also available on the internet
so i quess you where wishfull thinking
