Andy from MKS?

Anybody in contact with Andy from MKS? I think he's the sole European distributor for MKS servos. I ordered some items from his Ebay shop last week and they haven't been delivered or marked as despatched. Phone calls and emails aren't answered. Only feedback since 28th May is from a guy in Australia. Looks like he's disappeared? I've ordered from him before and items were in my hands next day.

Yea, the dispute is to try and coax a response from him. I'm giving him time to respond before filing a claim.

Andy unfortually has gone to ground recently for some reason. I'm not totally sure why but I have a feeling it maybe for health reasons.

Ive been trying to get hold of him for a month or so now, with no joy.

MKS factory are aware of this and are dealing with the problem so Im lead to believe.

I think it must be since I moved to Ireland that I've adopted a much more chilled attitude.

I bought a heli from a member here a week or so ago. It was posted 'next day delivery' and I received it 5 or 6 days later. If it ran into the second week, I'd be worried but I know there's no such thing as 'next day delivery' from England to Ireland, and I think nothing of waiting a week for 'next day delivery'.

'Chilling' is probably the only benefit of getting old

I just got an email from MKS, and they asked me to post an announcement here:

Announcement of J&M EUROPE LIMITED finished agency

Dear MKS customers: Due to J&M EUROPE LIMITED breached the terms of the Contract signed with MKS, to ensure and protect the rights of local customers in UK. MKS Company has ended cooperation with J&M EUROPE LIMITED since 2013.6.10 Kindly Advise.

They go on to recommend UK customers purchase from Fast-Lad and tell me they have tried to contact Andy many times with no response. So it looks like he has disappeared. What a shame. I get the feeling something unfortunate has happened to him

I have tried quite a bit recently to contact him as well with no luck, hope he is ok, a big shame as Andy was one of the hardest workers in the hobby. Hopefully things may become clearer in more time

I've just had a response from him on eBay.

Apparently he's been on holiday and forgot to pull his listings, so he's shipping out my servo today.

I just got a similar message. Things might be difficult for him now MKS have dropped him, coincidentally the day I posted this! At least we eventually get our servos at Andy's prices. I wonder what will happen between MKS, T9 and himself now...
