  • Have I done any damage?

    Hi all,
Charging my four lipos on parallel board for my 300X. Charge finished and as I was unplugging one of them the EC3 touched one of the bare connections on the board and caused a spark for a split second.

No puffing or heat in the batteries, but is there anything I should be worried about or need to check or look out for?

    Cheers

    Rob

Check all the cell voltages, if there is no puffing etc... You should be fine, I have shorted a few LiPo's all been ok

Check for burned out tracks on the board if that's where the current flowed - only takes a short time to melt open a track on a board.
