  • Occasional shudder

    Hi all,
When flying my trex450 sport I am getting an occasional shudder it appears to generated around the helis centre and mainly occurs when banking hard, this has only just starting to happen . All comments gratefully received

I'd check the servos - do they move smoothly? Both under power, and manually with power removed.
Check all linkages in the swash and flybar assembly.
Possibly the dampers if they're quite old - or maybe the radial bearings ?

all linkages etc are fine, I have just checked the dampers and they felt quite hard and dry I've greased them and the thrust bearings. Will get out tomorrow morning and try it again

All seems to be well since lubricating dampers/feathering spindle. Not a single shudder today,I think dry dampers was the problem
