yeah this is true you can come and fly at UK 3D CUP-3DX for fun
If you want to particpate this year but dont want to be in the competition then thats no problem but there is a few requirement from you,listed below.

YOU NEED YOU BMFA B CERTIFICATE

YOU NEED TO HAVE PAYED TO ENTER THE EVENT(IE FOR ENTRANCE ON THE DAY OR CAMPING OVER THE WEEKEND)

YOU NEED TO BOOK IN BEFORE 9.30am on the day you intend to fly

ALL PILOTS MUST ATTEND PILOT BREIFFING.

DISPLAY PILOTS CANNOT BE GARANTEED A SLOT but we will do our upmost for all pilots to fly.

UK THE CUP COMPETITOR GET PRIORITY

SIMPLE, TURN UP ON THE DAY,BOOK IN,ATTEND PILOTS BREIF,AND WAIT FOR YOUR SLOT....as a general display pilot for fun

Is this for after the show has finished? or just inbetween the comp?

hi you can fly before the competitors if needed or any available slot..so yeah on intervals between competitors and also after the event
