The scale pilots did demo flights at the Nats between the F3C rounds. There was quite a lot of interest. I'd love to come up, but Weston park is a hang of a long way from Kent.

you wouldnt believe that it would take so much time creating a show, weston park is massive with over a thousand campers to locate and aprox 100 traders plus thousands of spectators i now see the effort the that goes into organising these show...its crazythere is also over one hundred pilots booked in to fly plus our helicopter comp/show it totally amazing..oooh there is also a brca rc car competition held over the weekend..

I'm with Craig on this one - even the BMFA nats has helicopters doing 3D but mixed with F3C and scale. Gives the spectators a good overview of our hobby.

yes the organisation @ weston is great! alot of effort each year goes into making the event such a success! We our selves have started packing (over 20 tonnes of equipment making its way to weston next weekend)

                              hello probuild see you there

hi guys i have been to weston today the home of UK 3D CUP
i was told that just over 600 campers have already booked into the event and thats not including our section so its going to be huge again

we will be holding the competition over two days so expect a smashing competition/show and hopefully there wont be any crashes

there will also be scale pilots/heli and f3c displays through the day.
we also intend on having pilots fly generally through the day but must stress that the competiiton pilots get the first call on display flying etc but we intend on making BMFA B cert pilots welcome to have a go when possible and i will create a post on here asap
hope im keeping you posted for now
competitors are still welcome at this stage,so come on guys
