  • BMFA Nats - F3N competition

    Hi guys,
For anyone looking to have a go at the F3N 3D Competition at the BMFA Nationals at Barkston Heath, your entries for the BMFA nationals F3N event need to be sent in to the BMFA before August 16th please.

We at the AHA have been working hard on a new website but sometimes these things take a lot longer than we hope, and though we are very close with it now, it isn't quite ready, so apologies for not having this finished yet.

You can view the rules for the competition in the BMFA handbook, or download that from the BMFA website - all the set manoeuvres are described in words and diagrams in there too.

The music round will not be flown this year, so only the Compulsory manoeuvres and the Freestyle round will be flown.

    Any questions, please just ask!
    Cheers,
    Rob

I flew some of the moves in Phoenix, here are the links to flight recorder files and some videos:

I've missed every fly in or comp due to working weekends and they all fell on my working weekends.

But the NaTs I always try to take time off and go because its a great all round show.

But I look forward to seeing 3D this year at the NaTs and the FAI flying again

I agree with Steve - good work Rob and the AHA. I am already there, infact I will probably be just over the field from you at the scale control line circle. I'm competing Sat and Monday at Spittlefields - but will try and get over to see you lot sometime over the weekend
