What time does the flying aim to start Boggy?

flying from around 9 15 maybe 9.30 latest. pilots briefing at 8.30

JUst an amendment, 8:30 will be pilot sign in, checking your sets etc, pilot briefing will be as soon as that finishes, hoping to start flights between 9:30-10am

Just another note, both BMFA and RCHA insurance is fine.
Still stands that you will need a B test level pilot to stand with you, if yourself and/or your caller are below B level, we will have a B level standing behind you

just an additional note comp is Saturday funfly Sunday, the comp will NOT run in to sunday

Im still going,i feel this wind expected late this evening will pass through.I just had 3 flights on the logo 600 while trying not to fall over so i feel it's early

12mph plus gusts after its gone

Sorry I have pulled out. Was hoping to get the goblin all setup but the weather has been awful so haven't had the chance. Also wanted to have a few flights to make sure the connectors were OK after the last flight. Gutted, but until I know the goblin is OK to fly i don't want to take the chance flying it at the comp. Good luck to all the pilots anyway and sorry James for the late notice.

Yes Ben basically, is a safety thing, we have to make sure that we are all to code with insurance etc and this is a recognised way of doing it

Weather shmether! its going ahead come rain or shine. by tomorrow night we will have a grassroots champion. It may well have a few delays but it will happen! dont be put off by the weather posts guys this happens so often.people see them change their minds about attending and then miss a great day out.

wrap up warm bring a brolly and enjoy it,if nothing else you will meet some great people! Hot Drinks and food will be available.
