    Blade carnage at Air heli comp WHFC

    Just goes to show how hard every pilot was pushing there flying at the Air heli comp at the weekend, WHFC site, as great a location as it is, looks to be getting a bad reputation for people crashing pmsl.
    We counted 58 individual blades at the end.

      Somehow I managed to bring all 4 home in one piece! I know I was only fubn flying but I still did a few things outside of my comfort zone! Epic weekend though and well worth kipping in the car for!!

            Oh no.. the price of blades will have to go up for the sponsors to get their money back!!

              no , even sponsored pilots pay , unless your in the very top ranks, Bert , Nick, jamie etc
              Most pay at least cost plus 10%
              I have paid full retail even though i WAS sponsored by rail blades , as if I needed them before an event and couldnt wait there is no choice.
              so it wont have an effect on retail

              Most of those blades were from the sport class where sponsorship is unusual , poor pilots :-(

              btw I know your joking :-)
