IMPORTANT INFO: Heli Fest Fly-in ENTRY!

Hey guy's,
Just thought I would put some important info up about getting entered into the fly-in at Heli Fest, Weston Park.
If you don't have a pilot's pass to get through the gates then you will be subject to pay public prices for entry and camping, so follow this link on how to avoid that!

Please note that anyone found entering to get a Pilot's pass and not planning on flying WILL be prosecuted. These are for Pilots and their helpers ONLY.

The Fly-in has now been extended to the Friday as well, no charge for this day, you just need a pilot's pass

The entry fee and camping fee shown in the link above are payable on the day. The entry is so that we have a list of pilots and you can then collect your pass at the entrance to the show.

Camping is now open from Wednesday through to the weekend. Costs stay the same for the full time, but I recommend getting there as early as possible as camping space fill up quickly!

Public prices are as follow's:

Adult - £10.00
• Children - £6.00 (under 5's free)
• Family ticket 2 adults and up to 3 children - £28.00
• Gates open 8.30 flying starts at 10.00 both days

CAMPING
£55.00 prepaid or £60.00 on the gate. This covers up to three occupants in the vehicle for the weekend. Additional occupants will be charged £10.00 per head. There is no extra charge for children and this price includes admission to the park and show for the weekend.

Grant, I'm wanting to fly in the flight school & fun fly if anyone there with a b cert can assist me. Can I book the pilots pass?

Grant is the cost on the gate for one day or 2. I am planning on being there all weekend with the wife and kids, wouldn't miss this but leaving on Saturday night to visit friends in Wolverhampton and stay overnight. Will I get copped for both days? It's a bit confusing
