Building on the incredible success of our 2010 flyin which was so well supported by the members of RC Heli Addicts, the members and committee of MK Heli would like to invite you to their 2011 flyin. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported us in the last few years and it's this fantastic support that makes it such a superb weekend.

MK Heli Club is pleased to announce that next years fly in will take place on Sat 9th and Sun 10th of July.

Food and drink will be available throughout both days, and a fish and chip supper can be purchased in advance for those staying late Saturday evening.

Overnight camping on Friday and Saturday night will be available with room for both tents and caravans.

Tx control opens at 9am both days with flying starting at 9.30am till late, with Night flying on Saturday evening only.

Last but not least there will be a Raffle on Sunday with tickets available all weekend.

We are planning a number of comps to run over the weekend so keep watching for details.

We would also like to thank RCHA for re-scheduling their flyin. It's going to be a busy year with the 3D champs running a number of events so hopefully you will all find time to put this date in your diaries, we promise to make it a flyin to remember.

Pete I can confirm was the first to fly on the unofficial Friday afternoon arrival funfly. The first official (Saturday) flyin pilot on the flightline was non other than our first lady pilot Rachel. Woohoo!!!

While it's still fresh in everyones minds, strike while the iron is hot as they say.

I think with the ever increasing popularity of flyins Andy July is going to be a busy month so we thought we had better get our date out.

I'll definitely go again next year, it's been good fun the last two years.

I have to say though, after Charmouth, I'm not sure if I'll bring a big heli again. I always get this claustrophic feeling when you have these narrow flightlines.

Maybe I'll bring something weird, like fit lasers on a heli or something.
