just wondering if there may be any events that i should pencil in, in my diary? not to compete in but to come along and meet some new folks and watch

i'm sure living in scotland you are aware of the troubles the SAA have had the last 12 months or so. i won't bore you with the details but needless to say it has effected ALL comps/funflys held in Scotland to the point there was no airshow last year and there won't be one again this year. i'm not sure if there are plans for one next year or not but i would hope something can be sorted out long term.
anyway, i digress, 3DS will not happen this year due to the above and i personally hope to start it again in 2014 with a new format to keep up with the times as it were. grass roots ofcourse will still be the focal point of any event we run.
if i organise anything i will post it on the forum rest assured and if any others do anything i'm sure the 3DS team will try to help if required or attend any events clubs put on.
