            1. the event is NOT intended to show off your abilities.

            2. there are spaces left if your club mates feel they want to follow your lead and take part.

            3. the idea is to make YOU reach a level YOU want. we are just as interested in helping someone potter around a little better or try to help get to the other major comps if you so desire. all we care about is pushing the standard to a level the pilot would like.

if you can only fly 2 manouvers then the next time we'll get you a full routine, thats what it is all about........progress. kudos for taking part anyway and it WILL help your flying.

            cheers
Paul I agree with ALL of the above.

Anyway I'm coming for myself to have some fun, meet some new people and see how some fly there heli's. Its as close to a holiday for me this year as I am likley to get so I fully intend to enjoy it and make the most of it.

Even If I do have to look at Busterboy at breakfast I reckon its a price worth paying.....

Grass Roots sounds good to me, but 5 manoeuvres.
Will there be a peg board as I’m still on 35mhz

sorry this is a 2.4 only event due to sharing space with the scottish model airshow.

to answer your other concern on the number of moves. if you factor in 1 move could be a sustained nose in hover, hover left/right etc etc then 5 should be obtainable. if it's not then pick how many you can do and then work on it for next time, thats the whole idea.

                  cheers
